The Dubai international Airport is a major airline hub in the Middle East, situated in the Al Garhoud district. The airport is operated by the Department of Civil Aviation. Part of the new Terminal-3 opened on 2nd January, 2013 have more than 250 Battery Charger Systems built by Schäfer for the installation within the electrical rooms & MV sub-stations of the terminal which was built exclusively for the use of Emirates Airline to operate A380 flight.

The PB-SERIES is an active harmonic filter system for tower buildings as well as automation, windturbine and various other industrial applications eliminating harmonic oscillations and consequently costs for reactive energy.
