MBS Metering Data Acquisition and Settlement System for power plant applications helps all the stakeholders along the production flow like ERP operators, shift operator and General Management Department to optimize every step of the invoicing process and create a complete database always available and searchable with.
Our solution is able to capture all this information automatically, from DCS/OPC UA systems. You can enter the availability notice, restrict the production with scheduled unavailability and complete the workflow with the delivery notice. All these data are available for invoicing, reports and cross check. With MBS you can manage disputes, update data from source and make a revision of the existing invoice. All the data can be imported/exported using many different technologies. The system compares contractual conditions with field value, updates the price with quantity or other technical data and creates the invoice connected with any process information flow.
