WEICON produces speciality products for the industry. The range of products includes special adhesives and sealants, technical sprays and high-performance assembly pastes and greases for all areas of industry - from production over repair up to maintenance. WEICON also offers special products that can be used in the electrical industry. An example for WEICON products in this field is WEICON Minute Adhesive yellow - a viscous casting compound which cures quickly and is impact-resistant. It can be used in electronic engineering for protecting electronic components, semiconductors and building components. Furthermore, WEICON offers an extensive range of stripping tools. These include cable strippers, wire strippers, dismantling tools as well as multi-purpose strippers. WEICON TOOLS have been developed for precise, fast and safe stripping of all current types of cables.

WEICON TOOLS Mini-Solar

With the three tools all common solar cables can be stripped fast and easily. A manual adjustment of the cutting depth is not necessary. With the integrated length stop (from 6-28 mm) solar cables with a conductor cross-section of 1.5 & 2.5 mm², 4.0 & 6.0 mm² or 10.0 & 16.0 mm² can be stripped. The three models of the Mini-Solar have an easily accessible side cutter for cables up to 10 mm². Thanks to the precise adjustment during stripping, the tools always ensure an accurate cutting structure.

WEICON TOOLS Wire Stripper No. 5 Pro

The automatic wire stripper can be used for stripping all common stranded and solid conductors from 0.2 to 16 mm². An adjustable length stop from 5 to 25 mm enables precise and accurate working. It can be removed, if required. The wire stripper automatically adjusts to the required conductor cross-section – so no manual adjustment is necessary. The stripping tool features an integrated side cutter, which is suitable for conductors made of copper and aluminium up to a diameter of 3 mm.

WEICON Corro-Protection red

WEICON Corro-Protection red is a protective film approved by the German TÜV. It permanently preserves tools and precision components with a dry and waxy layer. WEICON Corro Protection can be used as safe corrosion protection for bare, unpainted metal parts, for the indoor storage of work-pieces, as corrosion protection during overseas transport and for the conservation of tools and precision components. The protective layer can be removed easily (e.g. with WEICON Cleaner S).
