CS INSTRUMENTS a German based company, continuously invests into the further training of its staff members and in modern calibration stands for dew point/pressure dew point and flow measurement. This continuous investment is the basis for the research, development and the subsequent realization of new product ideas in Germany.

Intelligent chart recorder DS 500 for compressed air and gases
From recording of the measured data, indication on a big colour screen, alerting, storage up to remote read-out via webserver... this is all possible with DS 500. By means of the CS Soft Basic software alarms can be sent via SMS or e-mail. All measured values, measured curves and threshold exceedings are indicated. The curve progressions from the beginning of the measurement can be viewed by an easy slide of the finger. Daily/weekly/monthly reports with costs in € and counter reading in m³ for each consumption sensor are completing the sophisticated system concept. The big difference to odinary paperless chart recorders reveals in the easy initiation and in the evaluation of the measured data. All sensors are identified directly and powered by DS 500. Everything is matched and tuned.

Using the innovative "Forced Pressure Variation" measuring method, the OIL CHECK 500 generates internal reference gas in different mass concentrations. This CS INSTRUMENTS-protected process can be used to compensate for ageing or contamination-related components in the measurement signal, in particular long-term drift. No wearing parts such as activated carbon filters are required for the generation of zero air. The result is Low maintenance and Long-term stable Measuring.
Service friendly, no downtime:
The sensor unit can be replaced by the customer on site. This eliminates the need to return the entire device for recalibration.
