The flat and round cable stripper can be used to strip all common flat and round cables quickly, precisely and safely.The tool was designed for flat cables up to a width of 18 mm and for round cables up to a diameter of 13 mm. Thanks to the guide at the head of the tool, longitudinal cuts are very easy to perform – especially for longer sections. The longitudinal cuts can be made on both flat and round cables. Below the cable guide is a rotatable inner blade. As with all WEICON TOOLS cable strippers, the blades can be used to make both circular and longitudinal cuts on round cables (from 6 to 13 mm) in a single step. With a lockable adjusting screw, the depth of the blade can be comfortably and precisely set in steps of 0.1 mm up to 3 mm. This prevents damage to deeper layers. Two more blades have been added to the base of this handy tool. These are used for parallel cutting of the outer sheath or insulation. This means that the outer sheath can be easily removed even in very narrow spaces, such as in junction boxes or cable ducts. The special design allows the stripping of longer sections at both the head and base of the tool. Flat cables up to a width of 18 mm and round cables up to 13 mm in diameter can easily be guided through the tool. An additional stripping function has been integrated in the lower side of the housing. This can be used to strip all common flexible and solid conductors with a cross-section between 0.5 and 6 square millimetres.

The cable scissors can be used for cutting and stripping Cu/Al wires and for crimping wire end ferrules from 0.5 - 6 mm². The scissors are characterised by a very high cutting performance. They cut fine-stranded copper and aluminium cables up to a cross-section of 50 mm². It is possible not only to cut but also to strip wires and cables quickly and easily with this special tool. The cable is held in place in the groove during the cutting process. The fine micro serration of the blades enables flush and slip-free cutting, resulting in a very precise cut. The non-slip 2-component handles made of impact-resistant fibreglass-reinforced plastic ensure safe working.

With the Green Line, a very special tool range has been developed. The tools are made of up to 97 % renewable raw materials, which are recyclable and have an excellent life cycle assessment. The WEICON Wire Stripper No. 5 Green Line is suitable for stripping all stranded and solid conductors from 0.2 - 6.0 mm². The wire stripper also has a visual length scale from 5 - 12mm. The length stop can be removed, if required. A well-accessible side cutter is integrated in the tool, which is suitable for cable diameters up to 2 mm. The blades are replaceable. The low weight of the No. 5 ensures fatigue-free working.

With the Sensor No. 40, wires with a conductor diameter of 0.35 - 0.9 mm and a wire diameter of 0.7 - 2.6 mm can be wired into LSA panels or blocks. With a gentle push on the tool, the wires are inserted and cut off in just one single step. Manual stripping or screwing is not required. The integrated scissors can be switched off if necessary, for example when cutting off the wire ends is not desired. The sensor ensures that the scissors are only activated when the wire is punched into the contact sufficiently deep. For double wiring of contacts, the sensor can be deactivated (OFF). Moreover, the LSA Sensor No. 40 has a built-in, retractable hook for removing wires from the LSA contact as well as a retractable unlocking blade for loosening LSA modules from the mounting bracket. The tool is tested for up to 200,000 wirings (with 0.4 mm wire diameter).

Flex 310 M FireSeal is a permanently elastic adhesive and sealant based on SMP with a fire resistance up to 120 minutes. Tested and classified for all joint structures according to EN 1366-4. The paint-compatible sealant with very low volume shrinkage meets the highest demands in terms of fire protection, such as the requirements of the International Maritime Organisation IMO FTPC Parts 2+5 as well as for rail vehicles in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2 R22/23 HL3. The very low emissions allow safe indoor application. Flex 310 M FireSeal adheres very well even to powder-coated, painted, galvanised, anodised, chromated and hot-dip galvanised surfaces. It is suitable for use on metal, plastics, concrete and wood. The adhesive and sealant can be used in many application areas.
