BOPLA, with its headquarters in the East-Westphalian town of Bünde, is one of the leading companies in the enclosure industry.
For more than 50 years, BOPLA has developed and manufactured plastic and aluminium application-specific electronics enclosures and HMI units on the basis of touch screens and membrane keypads. Since 1977 the company has been part of the internationally-active Phoenix Mecano AG.
BOPLA’s application-specific enclosures can be found among others in measurement, control and instrumentation applications, in mechanical and plant engineering and in medical and railway technology.

BOPLA has developed its industrial enclosures for particularly harsh areas of application. They are resistant to dust, liquids of all kinds and mechanical influences. The high IP protection class and high impact resistance provide reliable protection for the built-in electronics.
