About us
Established in the United Arab Emirates, Baer Measurements LLC (BML) provides the Middle Eastern energy market with metering and settlement-related products, systems, and projects, establishing a significant customer base with central metering systems across the region.Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, BML offers its customers state-of-the-art German engineering technology alongside local content under German management. Since its inception, BML has participated in numerous metering projects, from smaller projects i.e. connecting water metering locations to a central system; to medium-sized projects i.e. substations up to 400kV with metering panels and an outstation decentralized system for processing meter data; and larger projects including multi-phase power plant projects with metering for electricity, oil, water, gas, and local data distribution.
BML is also the approved vendor for ADWEA (TRANSCO, AADC, ADDC), ADNOC, DEWA, and ENEC in the UAE and renowned utility companies in the KSA.

It starts with measuring the process parameters, turning the data into useful insights, and then recommending the best parameters for maximizing plant efficiency. It makes all of the plant equipment’s data accessible for monitoring, billing, analysis, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics in real-time.
Project Engineering & Accuracy Tests
BML provides reliable project engineering for metering and settlement-related projects across the Middle East, efficiently managing the technical and engineering aspects of the project, from planning consultations to installation and maintenance.
Part of its services also include accuracy tests, with an adaptable meter testing technology equipped for on-site testing in adherence to ISO 17025. The testing devices have a high degree of accuracy up to class 0.2s. to ensure precise measurements.
